Well, we've finally decided to enter the world of blogging.
We're going to go back a few months when our lives were forever changed by the arrival of Noah Jonathan on May 13, 2006. We are definitely having the time of our lives watching him grow everyday, and seeing how much fun such a little guy can have.
Here we are a couple hours after our little bundle of joy finally decided to meet us.
Noah was born at 5:48am, weighed 7 pounds and 10 ounces and was 20 inches long.
He had a lot of people very eager to meet him.....

Noah was the third grandchild born to Grandma and Grandpa van Leeuwen. Emily was born on November 5, 2005, and Bennett was born on May 7, 2006.

Noah was the first grandchild born to Nana and Grandpa De Piero. Caleb joined the family on June 14, 2006.

Noah got to meet Emily when her and Auntie Julie came to visit a couple days after we got home from the hospital.

Here are Caleb and Noah with Nana.

Noah and I went on a shopping trip with Auntie Janelle, Bennett and Grandma in July to Albertville.
Noah dressed up like Eeyore for Halloween.

Here's the family at Christmas.
2006 was definitely a year to remember for our family. We got to spend a lot of time together when Noah was first born as Jonathan had a few weeks off of work, and enjoyed a lot of weekends at the cabin. Noah and I have enjoyed being at home as we've been able to spend a lot of time with family and friends.
The year ended on a sad note, however, as we had to say goodbye to Jonathan's mom who passed away on Dec. 29. We are grateful that she got to meet Noah and Caleb and enjoy a lot of time with them. It was amazing how she would perk up when one of them would come into the room.
Now we get to 2007.....

Here Noah is playing with his Valentine's gifts.
Noah loves his baths, and if you are anywhere near the tub when he's in it, you are bound to get wet!!
He likes to smile big so you can see his teeth!!
Now that I've pretty much got everyone up to date, I'll try to keep posting so I don't get so far behind again!!

that last picture with the teeth might be the funniest picture I have seen in a long time. I love how his smile makes me smile!
And I wanted to be the first one to comment on that picture. That is, I think, the cutest picture that I've seen of Noah so far. He's so HAPPY!!
